FIAR (Family Intake, Assessment & Referral)
FIAR is the initial assessment used to determine eligibility for USCAA programs and services. The purpose of the FIAR system is to look at ALL of the potential needs of each family coming in for service–to explore beyond their presenting needs and address and underlying problems preventing long-term success. FIAR includes an outside referral system to other programs and services as well.
